    Cable Size for Generator 100KVA

I have existing generator with a capacity of 90KVA the cable size I used is 4x95 mm2, I decided to change 90 to 100 KVA, Can I still use the existing cable or should I upgrade the cable size?

    Thank you...

    May God Bless us all

    best regards,

    A few questions......
Which country and what standards/codes apply?
    What voltage is the generator?
    Single core cables?
    Armoured/unarmoured?
    Method of installation?

You don't need to upgrade the cable as long as the lenght does not exceed 600 feet

Free air, clipped to wall, on cable tray, buried etc. Used to derate for heat buildup.

Is this four single 95mm SWR cables or a four core SWR cable?

I hate those sorts of jobs. There are brown paper bags and brown paper bags, and sometimes the derate tables are all wrong...

Your cable or conductor size has to be compatible with this 200A
