#1 Do self grounding switches have a ground screw?.....And is it marked self ground on the device itself?
#2 When installing a luminaire on metal box that is apart of the groundind system( no grouund in the pipe) is it Ok just to put the ground from the fixture on to the fixture strap or is it better to take the fixture ground to the box?

Yes they do have a ground screw

Use the EGC from the circuit not the fixture

I think it is preferable to go to the box.

If the fixture strap has flat metal to metal contact to the box or mudring, you can go to the strap. Not the best way to do it, though.
