Preferred cable type

I've installed various types of 5 Kv equipment using the okonite yellow armored cable running in cable trays. I have a scenario that there isn't enough room for a tray and want to use RGS conduit within an electrical room to install a tie breaker between two existing 2400V, 1200A switchgear. What is the best cable to use?

If the rated current of installation is 1200 A [see NEC 215.2 Minimum Rating and Size. B) Feeders over 600 Volts] then two groups of three cables- each group in separate conduit-of 1000 MCM copper- in conditions as per Table 310.60(C)(73) - will be good. A clearance of at least one conduit diameter shall be kept between conduits.

Thank You Sir!
