If you have 3 seperate services comming from 3 seperate transformers, consisting of a 3000 amp, 1600 amp and a 1200amp obviously going into seperate gear but located in same room and metered seperate does this rule apply.

If these are all the same voltages, from a single POCO feed going to a single structure, I do not think they are separate services. This application is in the same vein as multi-metering, no more than six customer meters without a main device.

Big Guns said that there were 3 different transformers. If these are utility transformers than they would be 3 different services each capable of having 6disconnects.
