I'm hopeful That I might have answered my own question.Feeding Sub Panel in garage from house panel. Neutral & grounding bar separate. Sub Panel in garage to T3000R Intermatic Pool Panel. Again, neutral & ground separate. Problem: 20 amp / 120 volt GFCI breaker feeding pool panel time clock. GFCI trips instantly. Pool pump motor double insulated, no bonding lug. We use to bond it to the pool pump Twist -lock receptacle T-11 box. Should we go there,, or, do we bond the Pool Panel cabinet itself and go there. ( thinking this is one problem ). Problem # 2. Pool panel time clock is a 208/240 volt clock. Is there a way it can be used or does it in fact have to be changed? Thanking you in advance.
