Two switches in parallel operating a single fan

I want to install an exhaust fan that ventilates two bathrooms through a single roof vent. In order to make this work properly I would have two wall switches (one in each bath) that would be wired in parallel so that if either switch is on, the fan would operate. Power would be supplied at the fan and only switch lines would go to each room. The circuit would be 15A with 14ga NM wiring.

I know it will work, but are there any legal or electrical concerns I should be aware? I know I could do this with 3-ways or electronic switching, but that allows the system to be shut off from either side, something I am trying to work avoid happening.

Any help is appreciated.
