Well, if your not even going to try and answer the questions and show some work, then I"m not about to help you.... You have to put some effort into this career and if you want to carry a License in your pocket that says you are COMPETANT... then you will have to earn it. I'm not going to do the work for you...

"I am also looking to take the c 10 exam any good ideas on study books etc"

This is a classic case of "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink"

joking aside I would check out www.mikeholt.com

1. GFCI distance from inside the pool wall?

D) 12 Ft

I believe you will find the answer in art. 680.22(3) or (4)

2. What is the maximum voltage for batteries put in series in residential?
A) 30V
B) 60V
C)
D)

Article 690.71(B)

3. How many 20A/120V outlets for continues light load 15KW?
I think they want how many 20 amp circuits for continuous lighting. This is a bad question but if you get load each cir. to the max then you would take 20 amps multiplied by 120 volts and get 2400watts.

Now for continuous load take 80% of the 2400 watts and divide that into 15000 watts.

4) As per title 24, at what number of outside lights photo sensors should be used to operate them?
I know nothing of Calif title 24 law.

5) After a residential solar system was installed, customer complaint that the messages are recorded with a disturbance noise, is the problem because of?
A) Inverter
B) Telephone Line
I have no idea-- certainly the telephone can be a problem....

6) 30A load berried in PVC in concrete should be at
A) 12 Inches
B) 36 Inc
C) 48 Inc
D) 6 Inc

Look at Table 300.5

7) Conduit run from inside the house to the outside, what is the best way to protect inside wires from moisture?
A) Special potty paste
I don't know which is the best without choices. :)

Someone else can do the rest.

Wow I sat on test writing before some of these questions are pretty abiguous.

Flood Equipment on site. Huh how is this the responsibility of the contractor and how is this something that can can prevent the EC from doing his work?
