Not sure what you'd call it. A dual duplex recep maybe?

Came out of a church a friend of mine was upgrading. Experimentation proves you can plug in 4 lamp cords at the same time. Made by GE.

Anyone know the era of this device? Ivory color tells me it is fairly modern, 60's or later....

I removed some Sierra Electric recptacles. Decora 3 plex no ground, ivory,
screw terminals from 1958 or so. Talk to Larry Fine, he seems to have a collection of odd ball stuff.

I saw 3 plexes in a house from the 50's. You're the 1st other person who has seen them. I never saw or heard of the 4 plex above. Never say something doesn't exist. You will be proven wrong for sure.

I know for a fact that Larry has at least one. I sent it to him :)

One of my guys just pulled more from another job. And, they come in multipe colors. Ivory and Brown seemed to be most popular.

Thanx! I cleaned off the paint.

Ivory and Brown seemed to be most popular.
That's all I ever saw back then.

Are they all GE's?
The quad Todd sent me is a GE, stabs only, and the triplex is a "Sierra Triplex," screws only.
