So if I run a GEC to the neutral in the service disconnect and install main bonding jumper there, that you do not have to run a seperate GEC to meter can

If the GEC is landed in the meter can that is the only GEC needed.

If the poco is requiring it to be bonded in the meter base bring the #6 to the neutral bar in the meter can with the neutral ( grounded conductor). From there you run the hots (ungrounded conductors) and the neutral to the FIRST disconnecting means neutral bar. This bar must be bonded to the can ether by the bonding screw or bar
