I replaced an old FPE panel in an indoor pool area 10 months ago with a new C&H panel.

Due to the humid conditions the screws on the breakers and on the neutral bar are rusting.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Nolox, silicone, or ?.

The best thing would be a nonmetallic NEMA 4X enclosure for the panel and/or locate it out of the chlorine/humidity. I've seen electrical equipment in an indoor pool go to H E double hockey sticks in a hand basket lickity split.

You can also get a special panel that is nema 4x and I have seen a de-humidifier fan a long time ago.

Any way it seems too late for your situation.

All copper buss is a good idea also.
