Tandem 30A in older GE panel?

I'm installing a generator interlock designed for the panel on a GE Cat no. TM420RMS panel but have limited (not enough) space to move existing breakers. I'm not finding on the panel label where it says whether and on which slots a tandem breaker would be allowed. This would be a 30A breaker for the generator. Photo of label attached.
