Bonding receptacle ground to a box (250.146). Exceptions? Devices with yokes listed as self grounding. How do you know the yokes are listed?

They usually have a clip that holds the 6-32 screw in place. See picture- one for those who like ground up and the other for ground down.

Automatic grounding clip?

Without it the receptacles need to be bonded to metal boxes? Same with switches?

The receptacle is required to be connected to either a grounded metal box or an EGC. The use of a self-grounding receptacles will allow you to not need the wire jumper to the metal box. Switches do not require self-grounding clips or wire jumpers when using a grounded metal box. They can be grounded by the two 6-32 mounting screws.
