what type of conduit should I in a car wash?

I am going to do some remodeling in a car wash and was wondering what type of conduit to use between imc and rmc? What is better and what advantages does each one have.

I think they use different grade of steel. I think RMC bends easier, and I know it threads easier.

The one car wash i have ever done, we used PVC.

Id use PVC. Cheap and easy to work with as well as long lasting.

My preference would be PVC as I have seen so much RMC or EMT eaten away from the caustic soaps used in them, but then I have seen some where they kept the place painted including the conduits that seem to last for ever, so I would say if a metal type raceway is used it needs extra protection, maybe PVC coated RMC?
