I have a simple question;

When doing 3 phase panel schedule, we list load description, OCPD size, conductor size and kva rating of the each load.

Question: If load is continuous do we multiply this by 1.25 or this table for just name plate rating kva
's.

I know for feeder conductor sizing; 1.25 for continuous, plus noncontinuous (apply DF if any) etc. I got that part.

My question is just what is this kva on a package schedule? And what is it used for? if sizing feeder conductor that I will use above calculation, if not for feeder sizing than why engineering packages includes this on the submittal packages?

Thanks

So at the bottom of the table we got total kva for each phase and amp for each phase.
What do I do with this information?
