I have 4 sets of 500 kcmil alumium (AL) service conductors. The service disconnect is to have wire copper (CU) main bonding jumper. Nec 2014 Table 250.102(C)(1) note #2 is confusing regarding different materials and so sizing is confusing. Based on that table would 3/0 AWG copper main bonding jumper be sufficent? If not then based on that table what would be the size?

The MBJ is sized based on 12.5% of the size of the SEC's in this case 2000 kcmil. If you want to use a copper MBJ you would use the equivalent size of an aluminum MBJ.
