We work 365 days a year and 366 on leap year, we do try to work around 3 day weekends when possible, but that gets difficult. We have work scheduled, we worked Memorial Day Weekend and for Labor Day weekend we have a job scheduled all 3 days, non-stop (72 straight in shifts), but trying to hold open the 4th of July. Unfortunately we have worked Thanksgiving and Christmas, unscheduled by necessary due to the customer and the nature of the emergency.

We have a crew working evenings at present doing 4-10's.

We have different rates for each case Saturdays are 1-1/2, Sundays double time and Holidays triple and a half.

Heck, give me a call and I'll come out and work holiday's for you.
I can build anything you want if you draw a picture of it on the back of a big enough check.

There's no substitute for hard work....but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up trying to find one.

Only times I'll work Saturdays are when 1. I'm covered up and have to work at least 6 days or 2. I need the work, less competion if other electricians are refusing to work Saturdays.

So far I've been working Saturdays.
