Is the load side of a UPS considered a separately derived system? i believe there is an isolation transformer in the UPS which would make me think it is. If i am feeding a load center from the UPS i should bond the neutral correct? most standby power i have worked with in the past has been generators so this is kind of new to me. thanks for any input!

Generally if the UPS is a SDS, the N-G bond already occurred at the UPS output terminals.

Newer UPSs are transformerless, and not SDSs. if it is the same voltage in and out.
