My first concern would be 300.14
Technically its 3 " past the front of the box and 6" from where it enters the box for boxes smaller than 8" Either way the workmanship looks bad.would agree with 300.14, at least 6" of wire must be available past the front of the box.
The screws make it noncompliant according to 314.23(B)(1).The second box has two screws into the adjacent metal stud, so support should be decent.
If it's temporary it works for me as long as what others said with the 3" past box. I want to know what happens to the ow box beside it?
