What are you refering to in your use of the term RGS? Article 358 is EMT.

Yes, EMT can be installed in concrete and slabs. It may or may not need additional corosion protection beyond its being galvanized, see category FJMX in the UL Whitebook for more information.

If the slab is not on grade then it should be OK without supplemental corrosion protection.
