    2014 406.4(D)(3)

    1. Section: 406.4(D)(3)
    2. Deleted Text
    3. Delete the exception.
    4. The exception is unnecessary, as (D)(3) does not require a GFCI receptacle to be installed at the location of the replaced receptacle. (D)(3) requires a GFCI protected receptacle, which per the main rule can simply be a GFCI breaker and a duplex receptacle.
