Move the telco wire to the IBT, then save the split bolt for later use. Never know when you might need one.

This is not all that new, it's just not been enforced. I have yet had a inspector enforce it yet.
There is a requirement for us to provide the IBT, I don't believe there is any requirement at all for any other trade to use it.

I'm not sure about that but it does appear to be a #8 and not the required #6.
... i dont even carry #8 on my truck or have any in my shop, I promise its #6:happyyes:
