I suspect that there are some. It may be a special order so check with your supplier. I bet stainless steel units are 2 hr rated but they would costs lots of mulah

You don't "have" to use firepads with any rated box. Therer are a lot of inspectors that mistakingly require it, thinking that the holes in the back of the boxes are a problem. Most plastic boxes and all steel boxes are 2 hour rated. There are some situations where you might have to or can use a fire pad on your boxes and they are listed in the building code.

And as north star mentioned, Allied makes some boxes that you don't have to use the fire pads with.
