What needs to be GFCI protected in a residential bathroom?

Sometimes I see the light over the tub protected, and other equipment, but not always. Thank you for your help.

I would add exhaust fans over the tub, there usually required by the fan manufacturer to be GFCI protected although it's not directly required by the NEC.

120v Receptacles are all that the nec requires except for specific equip. like a hydromassage tub. Fans over the shower and very few recessed lights over shower are required by manufacturers instructions.
