Hello,
While sizing the servies conductor for 200A panel(for servies entry device), is it required to consider temperature de-rating? Or is ther any exception that allows to use AWG 2/0 SE conductor for 200A panel servies entry device.

Regards,
Krishna

Under the NEC, correction for temperature is required... unless supplying entire dwelling unit load (and that depends on what Code cycle is being enforced).

Being your location is shown as Germany, I have no idea what applies there...

Is this an installation for US Military or US Government under NEC rules? It sure doesn't sound like a German Specification.

A proper answer depends on which edition of the NEC is applicable. It also depends on whether the service is for a dwelling or something else.

If the service conductors do not run through any especially hot area, like a boiler room, or are embedded in building insulation, then derating is unlikely.
