how about some simple software for one line drawing?

We had to develop a symbol for a Four-Position Sectionalizing Load Break Switch that would make sense in a one line diagram but I would love to have some simple software for plant diagrams as built

DraftSight is a free AutoCAD clone that works well for 2D drawing. It saves as .dwg, so file portability is easy as well.
