    Texas PSI Journeyman exam Q

    Hi,

    New to the forum, 1st post

    I am hitting the books to take the State Journeyman exam in Texas. I took and passed the "Block Exam" back in the early 90s when it was a city exam but I let my licence go, accidentally, while living in Hawaii for the last 20 years...anyway, does anyone know;

    For the Texas, PSI provided, testing will I need to memorize the PIE chart formulas? Or are they provided for the theory portion?

    Thanks in advance,

    Colin

    Ya only gotta remember 2 formulas for the PIE chart.

    V=IxR

    P= VxA

    All the others can be algebraically derived from them.

    They will provide you with the ohms law formulas and so on prior to the test.
