If a generator is 40K, 480V 3?, would the sq. root of 3 have to be used to determine the amp rating?
If not then a 40K would be approx. 83.3A?
If it does 48.11A?
I was asked to look into getting a cord for one to feed a single load and was trying to get the right size cord in case they wanted to set a temp panel and also feed other loads.
