    If you do drill them, dont hold the cover in your hand, because when the drill bites in, it will spin it like a giant razor and slice you up. Dont ask me how I know that.

    There will be such little demand I would expect them to be expensive for no more then what they are.

    Unless there is a lot of them needed best route is probably to drill out new covers.

    Even if you needed say 20-50 of them, set up some jig to position properly in a drill press and drill 3-5 at a time stacked on one another.
