Cmil ÷ 2 ÷ K ÷ I × Vd = L
6530÷2 ÷12.9÷16×3.6 =56 feet!

Or do it from first principles. Vd = IR and %Vd = (Vd/V)(100%)

Vd/V is a ratio which the numeric value is typically between zero and one. For a 3% voltage drop, the ratio is 3:100... or e.g. 6.24/208. The numeric value is 0.03. To convert to percentage, one multiplies by 100 and appends the percentage symbol.
