Conduit size for service entrance

What would the correct conduit size be for this service entrance: PVC schedule 80 containing two 250 kcml aluminum USE conductors, and one 1/0 alumimum USE. The table (for RHH) shows I would need at least a 2 1/2", but when I do the calculations based on the wire and conduit dimensions, 2" is more than adequate.

I may have made an error but when I do the math I come out with a 2-1/2" (1.5621 in? needed).
Are you possibly looking at table 5A for your wire area ?

I was looking at 5a, yes. Where was I supposed to look?

Depends on your wire :) 5a is for compact conductors. Table 5 is for "standard" stranding.
I don't recall seeing USE (RHH) with compact conductors but it may be commonplace.
