## Fixtures Per Circuit

How many of these drivers could I put on a 120v circuit or would be a practical design? It says 5-40w driver? How would I calculate that per 120v 20a circuit. About 1 amp per 100watts? Watts to amps? Thanks,

Ok Im not 100% clear. Your taking that pic from the pic of the ballast correct? So would I say ok 80% of 20A and divide that by .51? SO about 33 fixtures on 1 20A circuit? Seems like a lot.

4. As Tom stated the driver input current is .51 amps @120 volts so forget the watts/amps. Your calculation appears correct.

8. I checked your numbers and get 31 drivers.
20 amps * 80% = 16 amps
31*.51 amps = 15.8 amps

You really need to know more about the driver to determine if it is advisable to put that many on the circuit.
