For larger wire we use "pin adapters"

I recommend Burndy or Blackburn or Ilsco.

We use these a lot for this exact reason on long feeder runs that have been sized up for voltage drop.

But they are ridiculously expensive, so I would first recommend that you review your submittals and have the manufacturer provide larger lugs if it is an available option which it often is.

Also, FYI those pin adapters shown above are also available in a staggered version in case of parallel conductors where the larger wires don't fit in the provided lugs holes without crowding out the others.
