Recommendations for 60w dimmable LED driver

Installing LED tape for undercabinet lighting.
    Here's the equipment I'm using:

-5 runs going to basement below kitchen, about 12 feet each. 16/2 CL2 wire
-1 run going from backsplash switch to basement. This can be HV or LV

    12v LED Tape:
    SMD3528 4.8w/meter
    -or-
    SMD2835 12w/meter

    Driver:
    Class 2 12v 45w or 60w dimmable driver
    -or-
    Class 2 12v 45w or 60w non-dimmable driver

I have a couple questions here:
    1. What is the standard and preferred method of installing a switch? HV or LV side?

Install dimmer switch on LV side of driver:
    Pros:
    -Possibly cheaper driver
-Easier to install RGB controller later
    Cons:
-Increased distance of circuit, increases voltage drop

Install dimmer switch on 120v side of driver:
    Pros:
    -Possibly cheaper switch
-Less voltage drop on LV side
    Cons:
    -Expensive dimmable drivers

    2. Does anyone have recommendations for dimmable drivers?
Armacost has a 45w dimmable driver I'm unable to find their 60w driver.
I'd need to buy multiple drivers if I went with the newer SMD2835 LEDs.
