What are Pop boxes actually called?

I was trying to find one to show to a friend and Google is no help. The supply house even calls them pop boxes on their ticket. I know they are called something else but I can't remember lol. Thanks in advance

Never heard of pop boxes, what's the application in which they're used?

I'm referring to the box that goes underneath an outdoor panel to cover the Romex wires that tie into the bottom of the panel

    Still lost on your description.

Why would you have exposed NM cables outdoors?

That is what happens since we all use slang terminology.

Is it a junction box, small gutter, some type of device cover?

I attached this picture to show I'm not crazy and have bought one before lol. I just wanted to find a picture of it online. You install this cover over the wires that tie into the bottom of an outdoor panel that come out of the exterior wall of the house
