    Thanks for all your replies.

    One more clarification, unrelated though.

    What is the best way to fix the solar panel on the roof? Breaking the weathering course on the concrete terrace for grouting of the solar panel and making good damages does not appear to be a good idea because that may cause water leakage in the long run.........
