4/0 cable from meter into 2x4 wall?

Is it ok to install 4/0 3 wire AL SER cable from back of a meter then vertically into a 2x4 wall?
is that too sharp of a bend, radius wise? I can physically do it but is that too tight of a bend ? Thank you, just checking if you normally do that? Thank you.

I would also think about running the service entrance within a wall.

I dont think its a problem. Done all the time around here. 4 out of 5 houses around here have SEU going down the wall, then bends 90 degree to go in. Often a sill plate is used over the transition.
