ground loop test and earth resistance test

    Good day,
Can anyone explain the difference between these tests and how they are done?

They say I shot a man named Gray and took his wife to Italy
She inherited a million bucks and when she died it came to me
    I can't help it if I'm lucky

Ground loop test is typically done with a clamp on ground tester, of course there are many stipulations on this test that has been discussed dozens of times in detail here.

Earth resistance is typically done with a 3 point fall of potential test and is much more reliable because the test proofs itself as being accurate, again discussed many times here in detail.

    basically stated above
earth resistance measures the coupling of your gnd system with earth reference
ground loop similar but used for measuring effectiveness of equip bonds
measures a loop between existing electrodes
