Arc fault in main panel tripping due to grounds and neutrals bonded

Could the arc fault breaker be tripping due to the neutrals being bonded in a main panel? The breaker is a GE pigtail stab in type

No. the load side of breaker neutral needs to fault to ground for "ground fault" trip feature to be the reason for the trip. The panel neutral bus even though it is bonded at a service panel is on the supply side of the AFCI device.
I live for today, I'm just a day behind.
