    gronded conductor

On a corner grounded three phase delta service the grounded conductor is marked white at the meter base and in the panel. once a three phase branch circuit leaves the panel must you mark the grounded conductor in the branch circuit white ?

While the code requires that grounded conductor to be identified just like any other grounded conductor, in the 20-30 grounded phase systems that I have seen, I have never seen the grounded conductor so identified.
