Is this what you are looking for? There are a few exceptions

    receptacles.
    (1) Dwelling units in all areas specified in 210.52 and 550.13
    (2) Guest rooms and guest suites of hotels and motels
    (3) Child care facilities
    (4) Preschools and elementary education facilities
    (5) Business offices, corridors, waiting rooms and the like in
clinics, medical and dental offices and outpatient facilities

There are almost no requirements for receptacles for non-dwelling occupancies. It is left to the designer for the most part.

As Don mentioned, the NEC for non dwelling locations only has a few receptacle req: Electrical service area, HVAC, conference rooms. Now those recepts, where installed may need to be GFCI.
