Where in Art 422 does it state appliances shall be listed? For electric heat it's 424.6. Luminaires 410.6. NFPA 55 does address cyrogenic gas but I'm more concerned about the appliance listing not wiring methods.

I guess I'll have to throw a bit of fodder around to stimulate a response here. The only grumblings I've heard have suggested articles 90.7 & 110.2.
90.7 Examination of Equipment for Safety
“For specific items of equipment and materials referred to in this Code,” (Charging first statement)
110.2 Approval
The conductors and equipment required or permitted by this Code shall be acceptable only if approved.

I have not found any specific reference to this equipment & "Approval" appears to be based upon 90.3. Rebuttals? Agreements? Opinions?

It looks like it has a CE listing.

So what are these supposed to cure?

I love the non-FDA disclaimer and "use at your own risk".
