    2 - 20 circuit loadcenters on 1 100amp breaker

    i have a 100amp single phase main breakers feeding 1- 20 circuit panel ,, and from that panel i have a 90mp breaker feeding another 100amp 20 circuit panel .
    is this code complaint ? i cant find anything prohibits this .

    Second panel is now effectively a 90 amp panel, even if it had a 200 amp main breaker in it.
    I live for today, I'm just a day behind.
