The TCs factory 250 lug is attached via an 8-32 machine screw, which is listed and approved for this purpose. The Tech4 screws that we use have a drill point, followed by a very ironic 10-32 thread. Thus the screw choice...

Check that, factory lug is 10-32. Don't know why I typed 8

Sorry for nit picking you to death... but sometimes on my end it just feels like I'm trying to pull teeth... and you can imagine how hard that is to do in person let alone through the internet.

I appreciate the apology, but it's not necessary at all. I understand where you are coming from. And it does both my heart and ego good to know that in the end, you agreed that the the 2 1/4 20 bolts with washers provided by the manufacturer is a crappy ground path. I actually brought it up to my PM when he was on site today, and he shrugged it off, reciting that OEM trumps code.
