12.2kv conductor spacing question on Virginia exam

I just took & passed the Virginia exam but know I got stumped on several questions, but 2 stick out.
    Question 1
What is the spacing between 12.2 kv conductors?
    Question 2
What is the max voltage you can use in FMC?
When you have 27o minutes & 90 questions, you can't spend forever looking up all the answers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have the Wisconsin exam next week.

so for question 1 you would use the 13.8 value? or the 7.2 value?

the other one my automatic and probably wrong response is 1000 volts or less... but... will go check my codes later..

Thank you for the response, surprising at times, the way the Code book is laid out. Guess after continued use, becomes easier to find things.

I have had another license in another State for almost 20 years so I wasn't required to take the JW test.
