    Yeah they are quite rare. My greenlee pvc hot box had one (note the past tense ).

    I was going to mention that. I used one that simply had the prong twisted with pliers to the proper orientation for a 15 amp receptacle.

    Yeah, us electricians tend to have the most cobbled up electrical work on our own stuff...
