Proper terminal when using stranded wire for ground tail?

I am doing a job and it calls for #12 THHN, and I was thinking of using #12 stranded for the ground tail in the boxes that I'm using to bond to the metal boxes. What's a good terminal to use on the end that will attach to the screw. I hate mixing those solid copper ground tails - as ideally, I like to keep everything stranded, as it makes it much nicer when you wire nut all stranded.

Thanks,

Brett

A forked sta-con:

The yellow ones fit a #12 nicely.

I think someone makes a ground tail with a sta-con already attached?

Celtic - thanks! I was looking for a one piece solution, so if you think of who makes them, please post it. I'll see if any of the local supply houses have them.

Thanks
