Here is a good one, I just came from a job, Had 120v between ground and Neutral. Ground was the hot wire, I tested from neutral to one leg and got 120v, tested from ground to one let got 208v. Any ideas why, I checked all the way back to step down trans. 480 to 120/208, delta to wye, xo is the neutral, should be connected to ground also, NOT.

It sounds like your transformer is not intentionally grounded, and you have a hot conductors touching/connected to ground.
