Any company you work for that requires a uniform should provide it. Ive only worked for one company that required a certain dress code, and they paid for all of it.

I have a uniform for my company. Since it is not mandatory I only pay for half of the uniforms.

My company requires, and provides uniforms, and is pretty strict about them. Having run service both with and without, I've come to prefer with.
