Done a few, can't remember anything particular different or strange about them.

We have always used MC cable and EMT.

Don't forget the GFCIs throughout the kitchen spaces.

Hooking up all the kitchen equipment kills a lot of time.

We're doing one right now, and what REALLY kills time is the constant changes  .
Had a disscusion with our guy runniing the job, and he won't belive we have to GFCI protect ALL the recepticles. He keeps telling me if they are twist-lock we don't have to. I'm done arguing, I'll let the inspector take care of it. :D

Why not point him to 210.8(B) and ask him where that exception is located for twist locks? :D

It could be an expensive mistake if he buys and installs a number of twist locks only to have it shot down.
