Hi all! I'm hoping for a bit of guidance. During a discussion with my partner/nephew re: U/G service entries, I remembered a thread that I saw a week or so ago re: the dangers of working in the hand hole of this type of service without de-energizing at the tranformer first. I wanted to share this with him but wasn't able to find it. Does anybody remember this discussion and if so would you point me to it? Thanks,

handhole? you talking about working inside the underground substructure,
or something different?
